I approach diversity, equity, and inclusion as core values that shape every aspect of my professional work. Across roles in HR, recruitment, and employee engagement, I create inclusive environments where all individuals feel seen, respected, and supported. From launching LGBTQIA+ initiatives and organizing DEI trainings, to embedding unconscious bias education into interviewer training materials and revising recruitment practices for fairness and accessibility, I integrate DEI into organizational processes. My commitment is grounded in both lived experience and ongoing learning, and I strive to ensure that equity and belonging are not just ideals, but daily practices that guide how I lead, communicate, and build systems for others to thrive.

Credentials

Caroline has worked for over 8 years in HR operations and recently worked for Seetec, a social service organization in Bristol, England, where she gained valuable knowledge regarding international recruiting services, long-term unemployment and social equity.

Caroline is now located in the New York Metro region and continues her work in HR operations with a concentration on equity, diversity and inclusion.

Caroline holds a Masters in Social Work with a concentration on Leadership and Social Change from the University of Illinois and has utilized this knowledge in various internships and professional roles.
